These terms govern your use of PocketBees (pocketbees.ai), operated by Jacky Goh in Singapore ("we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
PocketBees scans websites, lists improvement jobs, writes prompts you can give to your own AI tools, and, when you connect a service such as Cloudflare and approve it, applies specific changes for you. Scores and suggestions are guidance, not guarantees of search ranking, traffic, AI visibility or revenue.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Websites you scan or change
- Only add, verify, scan, or connect websites and accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
- Free quick scans read a few public pages of any domain. Do not use PocketBees to overload, probe for vulnerabilities in, or otherwise attack sites you do not control.
- When you connect Cloudflare, you authorise us to read your zone settings and to make only the changes you approve. Each change is logged and can be undone from PocketBees while you are connected, or directly in Cloudflare.
- You are responsible for reviewing changes before approving them and for your site's configuration and content.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, no bypassing limits, no scraping the service, no unlawful use, and no interfering with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Paid plans
PocketBees has a free plan and a paid Fixer plan, billed in US dollars monthly or yearly at the price shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Free trial. Your first Fixer subscription starts with a 2-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After that, your plan renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Settings, Billing. Fixer stays on until the end of the period you have paid for and then your account moves to the free plan. Your history, results and undo are kept. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately.
Refunds. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise. If something went wrong, email us and we will look at it fairly.
Price changes. We will tell you by email at least 14 days before a price change takes effect on your subscription. You can cancel before then.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to your websites and data. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. You also allow us to keep and use anonymised results of fixes (the kind of fix and how traffic changed, never your domain, pages or content) to improve how PocketBees ranks jobs for everyone; you can turn this off in Settings → Data sharing. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Service provided "as is"
PocketBees is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any scan, score, suggestion or change will improve search ranking, traffic, AI visibility or revenue. We may change, pause or stop features. We may update these terms; we will update the date above and email account holders about significant changes.
8. Your approval and responsibility for changes
PocketBees never changes a connected service without your explicit approval. Before you approve, we show what will change. You are responsible for reviewing each change, for deciding whether to apply it, and for your site's configuration. Every change PocketBees makes is logged and can be undone, from PocketBees while connected or directly in the connected service. If a change causes a problem, undo it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PocketBees and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from or related to your use of the service, including changes you approved, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, loss of profit, revenue, traffic, data, goodwill or business opportunity, and any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.
If any liability cannot be excluded under the law, it is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or SGD 100 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Ending
You can stop using PocketBees and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
