Enter your address on the home page. The quick scan needs no account and checks a few key things in seconds. Create a free account to save it and run the full scan, which covers 17 checks across crawling, AI search access, page content and schema.

Full scans and fixes only run on sites whose owner has proved control of the domain, so nobody can scan or change a site they don't own. Connect Cloudflare (one click), or add a DNS TXT record, or put a file at /.well-known/pocketbees-verify.txt. The full scan starts by itself once you're verified.

After you add a site, setup walks you through Cloudflare, Google and your AI agent, then shows your first fix. Every step can be skipped and connected later from Settings → Connections.

Each failed check becomes a job with an impact (high, medium or low). Once Google is connected, jobs on the host that gets most of your search traffic rank first. The free plan includes the prompt and one-click fix for your top 3 jobs.

After a fix, PocketBees re-checks your live site and only marks the job proven if its own check passes. The before and after values are kept, and with Google connected it compares your traffic 7, 28, 56 and 90 days later against pages the fix didn't touch.

Only what you approve. Each fix shows what it changes, what you get and what you give up, and has an Undo. Trade-offs like turning off Bot Fight Mode are never applied automatically.

If a later scan finds the problem again, the job is marked "Broke again" and moves back to your list. It usually means a deploy or a setting change undid the fix; the job shows what was found.

Settings → Connections → Connect, then approve the permissions on Cloudflare. PocketBees can read your zone settings and apply fixes you approve; it can't change DNS, domains or billing. Cloudflare logins last about an hour, after which you reconnect to apply or undo a fix.

Read-only. PocketBees uses your clicks, impressions and visits to rank fixes and measure them. It can't edit anything in Google. Disconnecting keeps the numbers already copied as history.

Create a token in Settings → AI agents and add the MCP server to Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Hermes. Agents can list jobs, read prompts and ask for a re-check. They can't mark a job fixed or change Cloudflare or Autopilot.

Autopilot is part of the Fixer plan. Per channel you choose Auto, Ask me or Off. Auto acts within your weekly limit: safe Cloudflare fixes (one a day, re-checked), approving content and post ideas into your agent's queue, and turning on suggested AI questions. It never publishes, posts or deletes.

It pauses a channel when a re-check fails, a fixed job breaks, your score drops by your limit (3 points by default), or your clicks or visits fall 30%. Automatic Cloudflare changes are rolled back first. You get an email, and Resume is on the Autopilot tab.

On the Autopilot tab, "Undo this week" reverses every automatic change from the last 7 days in one click. Undo is never limited by your plan.

You add the questions your customers ask. Your own AI agent asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude and sends the answers to PocketBees, which reads each one for mentions and citations. It's shown as a trend, never as proof a fix worked.

Enter your email on the login page and we send a link that works once, for 15 minutes. Google sign-in and passwords (behind "Use a password") also work. Accounts with two-factor still get asked for the code.

The scan and full gap list are free for good. Paid plans are opening soon; until then you can join the Fixer waitlist. Downgrading never locks or deletes your history, and Undo always works.

Settings → Notifications: turn the Monday plan and "Fix proven" emails on or off. Safety emails, like Autopilot pausing or sign-in links, always go out.

Settings → Profile → Delete account. It revokes Cloudflare and Google access and removes your sites and their data. If you opted in to data sharing, anonymised fix results already shared stay, without anything that identifies you.
